Reading - Writing - Math

So first thing we had to do for school was read or listen to 3 books after reading or listening we had to find 3 text features in the book! After that I had to do some extra reading! After reading our extra reading I started to do my Maths problems. The First Math problem for me was a bit hard. It had something to do about money which i'm not very good at. Anyways there were around 7 slides of Math including Matific. After Matific we had to do a STEAM challenge! I decided to use Tinkercad! The reason why I used Tinkercad is because it is an 3D website that you can use to create things. There wasn't much stuff I could add and it was hard but in the end I think it looks pretty good!

Lockdown LCS W7 : Reading

 

This week my class and I had to finish our Reading and Writing and Maths Tasks. I decided to finish my Reading first because in my opinion it's the most easiest task. So what we had to do first is to watch a video and answer some question. After that we had to choose 2 texts/books to read each day along with 10 minutes of Epic! After that we had to understand what 1st person's point of view was and 3rd person's point of view. Then we had to read 2 texts and answer the questions about the text and here's my favorite part! After answering all the questions you get to create a poster! Since i'm into anime i decided to do MHA but there was nothing bad about them so i had to make up some things about them!

Writing ( During Lockdown )

 

This week for writing we had to persuade the reader to either think we should have Kapa Haka or to not have Kapa Haka. What I personally think is that Kapa Haka should be at school for more cultural and more excitement at PCS! What we had to do for writing is to either print out the planner or you could do it digitally! I chose to print out the planner sheet so it's much easier for me to write with and use!

Reading (During lockdown)

 

This week my whole school had to stay at home because of lockdown. Most of us in my class had to finish off our work. I was sick Tuesday and then we went into lockdown Wednesday. I joined the meet and we all had a little talk through about stuff. I went to finish my work but first i was reading and watching some books and some videos. Then I read epic for 10 minutes and then i finished most of my DLO's.

I really enjoy working during lockdown because you get longer breaks, more food but you don't get to see your friends.
